Terms & Conditions

1) Design and Theme: Lively Coliving, in collaboration with Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd, reserves the right to decide on the overall design and theme, as well as the selection of furniture, fixtures, and fittings for the client’s unit, including the color and material of products.

2) Interest Charges on Credit Card Payments: Upon instalment of credit card payment, any applicable interest charge by the bank will be equally divided between the parties, with 50% of the interest absorbed by Lively Coliving and Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd, and the remaining 50% borne by the client.

3) Illustrations and Substitutions: Any pictures or illustrations shown are for reference purposes only. Lively Coliving and Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd will attempt to create a similar concept; however, some items, including but not limited to consumables, notices, and certain appliance models, are seasonal, and we reserve the right to substitute similar products or products of equivalent quality at our discretion.

4) Marketing and Promotional Use: Lively Coliving and Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd are allowed to take photos of the renovation and the end product for marketing and promotional purposes.

5) Product Substitution: Lively Coliving and Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd reserve the right to replace the items as quoted with products of equivalent or higher value of similar functionality and/or purpose.

6) Renovation Timeline: Our renovation process generally takes 21 days upon the following:

■ Receipt of 50% deposit payment

■ Collection of keys and access cards

■ Renovation permits approved (renovation deposit paid by the client)

■ Clearance of major defects or any defects that are required to be fixed prior to commencement of work, including/or the client’s authorization to commence renovation work

7) Unit Vacating Requirement: For safety and security reasons and for ease of project management, access/execution of all works by our staff, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors requires the unit to be vacated during the entire duration of renovation work.

8) Commencement Date: The commencement date for the renovation shall be determined at the sole discretion of Lively Coliving and Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd.

9) Responsibility for Delays: The company is not responsible for any schedule delays caused by late payments from the client or work performed by third parties or other nominated subcontractors by the client or developer.

10) Adjustments to Completion Date: If any changes in design, variation orders, or late payments affect the scope of work during the renovation period, the completion date may be adjusted without any liability to Lively Coliving and Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd.

11) Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits paid are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.

12) Quotation Validity: All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

13) Payment Verification: Kindly WhatsApp us at +60 19-813 8090 for the bank-in slip or online payment receipt, along with the client’s name, development name, and unit number for payment verification.

14) Client Responsibility: It shall be the client’s duty to ensure that all details ascribed in the quotation are correct and accurate, and Lively Coliving and Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies or errors in the details provided.

15) First-Come, First-Serve Basis: Renovations are processed in batches based on a first-come, first-served basis, and Lively Coliving and Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd are not responsible for delays due to a lack of documents, including but not limited to delays in payments by the client.

16) Right to Dismantle: For goods/products/materials under the renovation work, Lively Coliving and Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd reserve the right to remove or dismantle any furniture and/or fittings up to the value of the amount owing to us.

17) Warranty: Lively Coliving and Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd shall provide a warranty against manufacturing defects due to defective materials or workmanship, inclusive of the lights, for a period of twelve (12) months from the renovation completion date.

18) Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, negligence, misuse, and improper use or care by the clients or any third parties. All prices quoted are based on the above description unless stated otherwise, and all additional work shall be charged.

19) Non-Exchangeable Complimentary Items: Complimentary items, services, or bonuses provided by Lively Coliving and Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd cannot be converted into cash value, rebates, or discounts, nor can they be exchanged for any other products or services.

20) Right to Suspend Work: Lively Coliving and Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd reserve the right to suspend work if the client fails to make progress payments according to the schedule outlined below.

21) Cancellation Penalty: Any cancellation of confirmed work is subject to a penalty of 30% of the quoted item amount.
